By
the grace of our Loving Father, we
have raised 250 pastors in the
remote and tribal villages in
Andhrapradesh, India. Not all
churches are pukka buildings. The
majority of the churches are
“Thatched Sheds” made by bamboo
sticks and palm leaves, some worship
services in Verandah are held in the
believers homes which, are also
“Thatched Sheds” or when able some
services are held under rented
tents.
As
the mighty work of God moves through
the land the number of believers is
increasing rapidly. To share the
burden and for reaping more souls,
the Rays of Cross Ministries is
divided into 7 Zones. Each zone has
one supervising pastor that looks
after and guides the rest of the
churches and pastors of their Zone.
Many throughout the zones are poor.
Because of the many that have found
the right path, and the small amount
of funds generated by the Rays of
Cross Ministries at this time, all
these pastors must depend upon faith
where very few of them can receive
all the support they need from the
Rays of Cross Ministries alone.
The
churches we build are a very
important part of our outreach. Even
the "Thatched Sheds" once built in a
community serve as a central
location where the believers can
meet and worship. They serve as food
and clothing distribution centers
and more.
